Dave manages our wastewater collection and treatment program. On a day-to-day basis, he provides support for issues involving water quality planning, nutrient management, and the U.S. National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit negotiations.
He's passionate about a broad range of wastewater issues and has significant personal involvement in wastewater planning, nutrient management planning, including the Nutrient Removal Challenge for Water Environment & Reuse Foundation, water quality analysis, total maximum daily loads and NPDES discharge permitting on Puget Sound, San Francisco Bay and several major rivers in the Western United States.
Dave was recognised as a 2018 recipient of the Water Environment Federation Fellows Program for his achievements and contributions in the water profession.
