Andrew Tate, CEng, MIET

Andy has over 30 years of experience in the building service industry and has experience in commercial development and fit out, mixed-use development, transportation, mission critical systems design, media, residential, leisure, healthcare and industrial projects.

Andy has worked in both the public and private sector, starting his career in the '80s as an apprentice working for the Electricity Board. He moved into consultancy in the late '80s where he has continued to work successfully at senior levels for many years, his experience includes running large design teams on major multidisciplinary projects. Andy has successfully managed businesses and large design groups, delivering exceptional projects in the U.K. and many overseas markets such as U.S., Canada, Europe and the Middle East.

Andy joined the business in 2011, to manage the then Canary Wharf office, and then successfully integrated it into the central London city office. His focus is on the quality and overall client satisfaction of major developments. He maintains a strong technical bias and remains hands-on with many projects and client accounts.
