As the highways, structures and asset management team lead for Australia, Todd’s role involves assisting clients in developing strategic and tactical asset management plans to improve transport infrastructure. Todd ensures that client’s programs are developed and projects are delivered with a proactive approach to the management of assets; providing long term condition and economic benefits.
Todd is passionate about leveraging his full project life cycle experience to develop programs and projects that consider in detail the long term benefits and effects at each stage. Todd enjoys helping clients drive funding further and develop asset management plans and strategies that provide ongoing economic and asset condition benefits to the community.
With over 25 years of experience in the design, development and management of transport projects both nationally and internationally, Todd has a detailed understanding of transport infrastructure projects across the project life cycle including maintenance and operations in urban environments.
These skills and his wealth of experience enable Todd to deliver complex programs of work with an excellent understanding of project drivers, risks, and opportunities. He has a proven ability to lead multi discipline project teams to achieve successful project and program outcomes.
Todd’s experiences covers multiple industry sectors but has focused primarily on leading the development, design and delivery of transport infrastructure projects and programs.
