Concord London appointed HDR to provide building engineering services on Marylebone Square, an elegant mixed-use development in the historical Marylebone district, part of the provenance of aristocratic estates within central London. The stunning mixed-use development comprises 54 luxury and 25 affordable apartments, in addition to over 53,000 square feet of high-quality retail and wellness space.
