Scott Williams, P.E.
Senior Project Manager
Scott serves a senior technical resource in our pipeline and pump station practice group. His expertise apply in all phase of project delivery from conception to construction.
His 25 years of engineering consulting experience began in the Hydraulics Laboratory at Georgia Tech. The practical experience he received in the Lab continues to motivate his passion for the application of theory in practice.
He has consistently mentored younger staff and has advised many entry to mid-level engineers on their career path. He feels fortunate to have had a wide range of experience in his own career and to have met so many bright young people along the way.
Scott serves as committee chair for the American Society of Civil Engineers/Utility Engineering & Surveying Institute Pipeline Division’s Transient Analysis Task Committee. He is also a member of the American Water Works Association Committee on Polyolefin Pressure Pipe & Fitting. Scott has presented at over 17 conferences.
