Tom Rieger

With more than a decade of experience, Tom brings expertise focused on maintenance facility planning and design including more than 150 projects for transportation, municipal, educational, governmental and private clients.

Bringing our wide range of services, Tom is passionate about gathering a holistic understanding of our clients’ challenges and goals. As a senior facility design manager for new and renovated facilities, he collaborates with clients on programming, master planning, and equipment selection and layout, as well as facility maintenance plans that allow owners to operate their facilities with maximum efficiency, safety and resiliency.

Tom applies his thorough understanding of our unique O&M facilities equipment coordination system to select innovative specialty equipment for a wide range of facilities. He coordinates with manufacturers and clients worldwide to capture equipment details, coordination concerns, and specification information for hundreds of shop equipment items.

Staying engaged with colleagues in the industry, Tom is an active member in the American Public Transportation Association and American Public Works Association.
