A highly accomplished architect with over 20 years of experience, Daryl plays a pivotal role in leading large-scale, complex initiatives across various markets and building typologies. He is known for his strong project leadership skills and a solutions-driven approach that ensures successful project delivery tailored to client needs.
Daryl collaborates with strategic architecture project teams across our extensive network of offices worldwide. His responsibilities include guiding project pursuits, overseeing negotiations, and monitoring project performance to achieve optimal outcomes. Daryl’s expertise in identifying and recruiting key talent further strengthens our capacity to deliver innovative architectural solutions.
At HDR, Daryl has contributed to some of our largest and highest-profile projects, including the UCSF Health Helen Diller Hospital, The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center New Hospital Tower, the Pavilion at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and the JFK Towers at Schuylkill Yards.
Beyond his project work, Daryl is committed to advancing the architecture industry through thought leadership and community engagement. He has published articles on lean design, target value delivery and integrated project delivery.
