Susan Lake

A respected leader with more than 20 years of construction engineering and inspection experience, Susan uses her industry knowledge and strategic perspective to grow and expand new and existing field/construction engineering business.

Susan coordinates and facilitates business development initiatives for our major construction management and construction inspection programs, as well as mega-projects. She works with local offices to strategize locally and regionally and implement long-term goals, community/industry participation and project pursuits. 

Her experience includes managing and coordinating staff in regional areas for construction engineering and natural disaster monitoring, and partnering with clients to deliver infrastructure programs. She successfully explores and expands markets and geographies, and builds and conserves client relationships.

She is an active member in the Construction Management Association of America and the Women’s Leadership Council with the American Road & Transportation Builders Association. She also serves on the Inclusion and Diversity Committee for Georgia American Council of Engineering Companies.
