Associate Managing Principal
As associate managing principal of our Australian architecture practice, Rob’s commercial acumen, deep industry knowledge and commitment to creating meaningful employee experiences shapes and drives the firm forwards. His responsibilities include national leadership of commercial management, fee and contract reviews, studio recruitment, resourcing, project management training, and major change and transformational management.
With over 22 years’ experience, Rob has led the successful delivery of large-scale, complex projects across a multitude of sectors, including healthcare, mixed-use, education, defence, residential, and rail. As a registered architect in the United Kingdom, his skillset also spans architectural design, design management, project management, digital documentation, and strategic delivery.
Career highlights include his roles as project director (delivery) for the Gateway Project in Sydney’s Circular Quay for Dexus; project director (project management) for transport for NSW’s award-winning $250 million Wynyard Walk that now connects pedestrian access from Wynard Station to Barangaroo; and project leader for the $1.1 billion Moorebank Relocation Project (MUR) in the defence sector.
