Chuck Cassell has over 30 years of focused experience in the programming, planning and design of science research facilities. He is a widely recognised authority in the design of life sciences laboratories, particularly those in the fields of translational and comparative medicine, functional genomics, interactive multi-disciplinary research and biomedical engineering. As one of the company's planners focused on cancer and other disease-related research he has been instrumental in our focus on translational health sciences and interdisciplinary research.
Chuck has contributed to the design of numerous notable research facilities at some of the most prestigious academic and medical universities around the world. His work has received numerous awards including design awards from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and recognition in the R&D Lab of the Year program. He is a regular speaker at national conferences including SCUP, AAALAS and AIA.
