Preferred tenants of the 17,000-square-foot retail space include the local YMCA and an independent coffee shop, making it easy for the local community to stay healthy and gather outside of their homes and offices.

The exterior façade elevates materiality by utilizing masonry brick to fit the context of Lincoln’s historic Centennial Mall and last for 100-plus years. The facility is secure with 360-degree activation around the perimeter, so people can feel safe living in and exploring the civic-minded community any time of day.
