Eric Dove, P.E.
Senior Water Resources Project Manager
Eric helps clients with project delivery from initial concept development, funding resources, public engagement and design phases through construction administration. He excels at managing complex multidiscipline water resources projects. Over his nearly 30-year career, Eric has been a team leader, project manager, design engineer and lead modeler for dams, levees, flood diversion channels, water quality improvements, fisheries improvements, dredging, green infrastructure, wetland mitigation, benefit-cost analysis, watershed protection plans and stream restoration designs.
Through water resources engineering, Eric is able to align his professional goals with his passion of seeing projects come to life and benefit the community; several of his projects include water-based recreational features.
Throughout his career, Eric has executed many water resources projects, including creating a 400-acre multipurpose lake, a watershed masterplan that led to the funding and design of seven multipurpose dams, and an urbanized natural channel design approach, along with numerous flood control detention and flood mitigation features.
As an expert in water resources renewal projects, Eric has presented at several local and national conferences on using these types of projects as economic redevelopment catalysts. He was also appointed by Governor Mike Parson of Missouri to the state’s Dam and Reservoir Safety Committee.
