Bob Hardgrove, P.E.

Located in Boise, Idaho, Bob is the water manager for Idaho. He brings 28 years of experience in engineering, construction management and project management. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of hydrologic characterization, water resource development, public wastewater and water treatment design, civil design and regulatory compliance.

He was a principal engineer with SPF Engineering before the recent acquisition of the firm by HDR. He is looking forward to the future with us and the amazing projects we will be able to deliver.
