Ryan Messer, P.E., ENV SP
Project Manager
Ryan is a highly motivated and quality-driven project manager with experience in delivering municipal reuse and wastewater projects. He's also charged with leading and advancing our reuse practice in Florida.
Reuse is Ryan’s passion. He considers reuse possibilities with municipalities to conserve freshwater supplies, minimise the cost of drinking water and allow ecosystems to thrive.
Ryan has assisted municipalities around Tampa Bay with many planning, design and construction projects. He was also the project manager for Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority’s Regional Water Supply Plan 2020.
Ryan holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in environmental engineering sciences from the University of Florida. He's a registered Professional Engineer in Florida and an Envision Sustainability Professional. Active in the Florida Water Environment Association’s local Steering Committee and their Water Resources, Reuse, and Resiliency Committee — he organises annual One Water seminars in Florida.
