Marc Silva

Marc serves as director of operations within our Construction Control Corporation. In this capacity, he oversees the operational delivery of our construction project work and supports project managers in negotiating field service requirements and opportunities. He manages resourcing and skill alignments and is charged with helping to develop and grow our field and construction services experience across the U.S.  

Based in our Tampa, Florida, office, Marc’s experience includes project management, business development and operations for a variety of transportation clients throughout Florida. His 29-year career in field services and operations, including recent positions as east region transportation construction lead and Florida Construction Control Corporation office principal, gives him extensive insight into the opportunities for growth countrywide.

Marc also leads our emergency management services group, actively managing response across the U.S., including leadership for our emergency effort during the 2017 Hurricane Irma disaster in the Florida Keys. 

He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Construction Management Association of America.
