Holly is a strategic advisor principal in the Princeton, New Jersey, office. As a registered nurse with more than 25 years of experience across the architecture and healthcare industries, Holly is highly skilled in master-planning, programming, healthcare planning and process improvement.
Holly previously served as administrative director of cardiovascular services at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, where she focused on operational process improvement and led the development of a comprehensive heart failure program for the Mid-Atlantic Trinity Health Hospital System.
Holly is a black belt in Lean Six Sigma and earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing at the Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor of Architecture at Temple University. She is currently completing her Master of Science in nursing in innovation and intra/entrepreneurship at Drexel University.
