Tim leads the development of our aviation practice in the East, focusing on the expansion of our full-service capabilities to aviation clients in the region. He provides project management and technical expertise for large-scale airfield programs. Committed to improving and enhancing the project delivery process, Tim is using 4D and 5D design elements to help solve complex airfield spatial layout problems during design and construction. The use of technology allows owners and operators to see firsthand how projects will impact operations and schedule. In 2015, he earned a place on Aviation Business magazine’s “Top 40 Under 40” list.
Tim has served in project leadership roles for airfield design and planning, land development, environmental remediation and geotechnical engineering design. As our managing principal in South Florida, he concurrently oversaw staff management, department operating plans and budgets, project contractual terms and quality control procedures, amongst other responsibilities.
An innovative thought leader, Tim remains active with industry organisations, including the Airport Consultants Council Engineering Technical Advisory Committee and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
