John Heye, CDT

John is a seasoned leader and proven project manager with over 30 years of experience in the building industry and the U.S. military. He is a passionate team builder, enjoying a reputation for active customer engagement and detailed project coordination. He has managed data center projects and also provided program-level support for multiple project teams. John also manages a unique project in which we serve as an authority having jurisdiction agent on one of the largest semiconductor projects in Texas.

He has experience as an owner facilities project manager on complex semiconductor factory and central utility plant projects in the U.S. and Taiwan as well as managing corporate office, food service, and bank projects for commercial general contractors.
