Western Bridge Engineers' Seminar Features Technical Session Presentations by HDR Professionals

(OMAHA, Neb. - September 21, 2009) - Thirteen professionals from HDR's Transportation business group will make technical presentations at the biennial Western Bridge Engineers' Seminar scheduled for Sept. 21-23 in Sacramento, Calif.

The seminar is a cooperative effort by the Federal Highway Administration and the Transportation Departments of Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.  Its purpose is the exchange of information between government agencies, consultants, contractors, educators and suppliers on subjects of current importance to the design, construction and maintenance of bridges.

The presenters and their respective HDR offices are Ted Bush, Boise, Idaho; Domenic Coletti, Raleigh, N.C.; Matt Deml, Vancouver, B.C.; Nathan Dickerson, Omaha; Mike Johnson, also Boise; Brian Leshko, Pittsburgh, Penn.; Mark Libby and Tom Howell, both Portland, Ore.; Brad Miller and Dustin Hirose, both Missoula, Mont.; Greg Nutson, Seattle, Wash.; John Sherk, Anchorage, Alaska; and Chester Werts, Olympia, Wash.
