WateReuse Symposium Features Six HDR Water Business Group Professionals in Technical Sessions

(OMAHA, Neb. - September 11, 2009) - The 24th annual WateReuse Symposium scheduled for Sept. 13-16 in Seattle will feature six HDR Water business group professionals as presenters or moderators.
 
The symposium, presented by the WateReuse Association and co-sponsored by the American Water Works Association and the Water Environment Federation, is the world's preeminent conference devoted to water reuse and desalination. More than 700 leaders from the water reuse and desalination industry are expected to attend.

Below is the presenter/moderator and session titles:

  • Dave Reardon, Folsom, Calif., will present "Recycling Conserves Both Water and Energy."
  • Dina O'Reilly, Bellevue, Wash., will serve as moderator for the "Planning for Water Reuse" sessions.
  • Michael Falk, Folsom, Calif., will present "Walking the Talk: Water Recycling and Energy Efficiency Intertwined at an Eco-Tourism Resort."
  • Jeff Hansen, Olympia, Wash will be one of the presenters of "Reclaimed Water: The Solution for a Puget Sound Utility's Integrated Water Needs."
  • Peter Newell, Austin, Texas, will present "City of Phoenix Water Softener Study – Developing Salinity Management Strategies."
  • Ron Brown, Bellevue, Wash., will serve as moderator for the "Reuse Distribution & Storage Systems" sessions.
